This policy explains how laboratory data (such as blood test results and performance metrics) is handled in connection with Infinity programs and services.

2. Independent Medical Testing

All laboratory testing, including bloodwork and related diagnostics:

  • is performed by accredited laboratories
  • is reviewed and interpreted by licensed medical professionals

Infinity Health GmbH does not conduct laboratory testing or provide medical diagnostics.

3. Role of Infinity

Infinity uses laboratory data only to:

  • support structured program design
  • guide lifestyle and performance recommendations
  • improve personalization of protocols

Infinity does not:

  • diagnose medical conditions
  • interpret results as a healthcare provider
  • prescribe treatments or medications

4. Data Collection & Transmission

Laboratory results may be:

  • provided directly by the client
  • shared through partner laboratories or providers
  • transmitted via secure digital channels (e.g., encrypted email or approved systems)

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any data they share is done voluntarily.

5. Data Storage & Access

Lab data is handled with a high level of care:

  • stored securely using appropriate technical and organizational safeguards
  • accessible only to authorized personnel involved in program support
  • not shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law

6. Data Retention

Laboratory data is retained only as long as necessary to:

  • support the client’s program
  • maintain continuity of service
  • comply with legal obligations

Clients may request deletion of their data at any time, subject to legal requirements.

7. Legal Basis (GDPR)

Processing of laboratory and health-related data is based on:

  • explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR)
  • contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), where applicable

8. Client Responsibility

By sharing laboratory data with Infinity, you confirm that:

  • you have obtained the data legally
  • you consent to its use for program-related purposes
  • you understand Infinity’s role is limited to lifestyle and structural guidance
